Inviting Members
Add team members to your DataAgent organisation.
Send an invitation
- Go to Settings → Members
- Click Invite member
- Enter the email address and select a role
- Click Send invitation
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. The link is valid for 7 days.
Pending invitations
Pending invitations are listed under Settings → Members → Pending. You can resend or revoke a pending invitation at any time.
Accepting an invitation
When the invitee clicks the link in the email:
- If they already have a DataAgent account, they are added to the organisation immediately.
- If they do not have an account, they are prompted to create one first.
The invitation is tied to the email address it was sent to. The invitee must use the same email address when signing up.
Required role
Only Admins and Owners can invite members.
