DataAgent automatically builds a real-time topology of the IT environment, from infrastructure to applications, and uses that cross-repo knowledge graph to identify root causes and generate fixes, rather than relying on massive amounts of telemetry.
Every remediation follows GitOps practices: DataAgent opens a Git pull request with the incident context, remediation strategy, action history and an operator report, so teams can review, approve or modify the plan before it is applied, and roll it back safely.
Bloomberg describes the topology as "a real-time, cross-repo knowledge graph, which is both well-differentiated from and more powerful than competitors' offerings."
